This article brings up reflections about a polemic theme: the euthanasia. For this, it discusses some laws related to the theme, emphasizing their ethical sides, and argues the role of the health psychologist facing pacients with disease in terminal stage who could ask for procedures considered as euthanasia. There are yet no conclusive answers for this question, but only ways that certainly lead to them.
